These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jl117 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the jl117 website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl117, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl117 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.

By registering an account on jl117, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jl117 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your jl117 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify jl117 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

jl117 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your jl117 account to any third party.

jl117 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jl117 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the jl117 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl117 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card

Deposits are generally credited to your jl117 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl117 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jl117 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are set out in the Platform's payment information section and may be updated from time to time.

jl117 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all jl117 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl117 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the jl117 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that have been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panels.

By participating in any game on jl117, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer systems and are not influenced by jl117 or any third party.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. jl117 will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting jl117 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly, and jl117 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl117 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jl117 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering.

jl117 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will report any suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the jl117 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jl117 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jl117.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any jl117 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of jl117's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jl117 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl117 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jl117's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl117 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl117's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl117 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Cessation of the Platform's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, jl117 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, any real-money balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, jl117 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jl117 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides the regulatory framework within which jl117 operates, and players may refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels where applicable.

jl117 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl117 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl117 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
